Age Requirements and Admission Criteria
- Children must be at least 3 years old on the day of admission to be considered for Montessori.
Required Documents for Admission:
The following certificates must be submitted along with the application form at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate or Baptism Certificate. Important: Once admitted, no changes to the date of birth will be permitted.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school attended.
Entrance Tests and Interviews:
- Students seeking admission to higher grades may be tested on the syllabus of the grade below the one they are applying for.
Admission Confirmation:
Admission is considered formally complete only after the following steps have been taken:
- The application form is filled out and submitted to the school office.
- School fees are paid.
- The Principal signs the application form.
Please note that taking an entrance test or participating in an interview does not guarantee admission. Admission is at the discretion of the school and cannot be claimed as a right.
Admission Process
Step 1: Online Application
- Complete and submit the online registration form.
Step 2: Application Confirmation
- Send a copy or screenshot of your submitted online application to 8870689861.
- You will receive an SMS and phone call confirming receipt of your online form. Please note: This confirms form submission, not registration.
Step 3: Registration Confirmation and Fee Payment
- You will receive a second communication (SMS and/or call) with a date and time to visit the school to pay the registration fee and complete other registration formalities. Dates will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order of online form submissions.
Required Documents at the Time of Registration:
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- Photocopy of Aadhaar card (if available)
- Two passport-size photographs of the child
- Two passport-size photographs of the parent/guardian (Father/Mother)
- Attested original Transfer Certificate and Report Card (Grade 2 onwards)
Step 4: Interactive Session/Entrance Test
- Pre-KG to UKG: Interactive Session
- Grade 2 to Grade 8: Entrance Test
- Admission will be based on the child’s performance in the Interactive Session/Entrance Test, which will be held on a specified date.
