Awareness Program at Al Qalam International School, Perungulam

Perungulam: An awareness program on drugs, food safety, and iodine deficiency was conducted today at Al Qalam International School. The event was organized under the guidance of Sheikh Abdul Quddoos Azhari, the founder of the Al Qalam Educational Group, with the support of the Public Health Department and the Food Safety Department.

The school Correspondent, Abdul Rahman, the Principal Mrs. Mehboob Nisha, the block health supervisor Mahendran, and the food safety officer Lingavel addressed the students, explaining the harmful effects of drugs, food safety practices, and the consequences of iodine deficiency. They also elaborated on preventive measures against dengue fever during the rainy season.

Students and teachers enthusiastically participated in the program and listened to the awareness talks. This event played a significant role in creating awareness about health and safety among the students.
